Create Your Account
Sign up at booking.luxxpress.com
To start earning points, create an account on the booking site. Sign up using your US phone number — points are only credited to accounts registered with a US phone number. International passengers can sign up with an email address, but points will not be earned on those accounts.
HOW TO EARN POINTS:
You must be logged in at checkout for points to count
Points are not applied retroactively. If you check out without logging in, those points are gone — we can’t add them to your account after the fact. Log in every time you book.
- Go to booking.luxxpress.com and start your booking.
- At the end of the checkout page, sign up for an account or log in to your existing one.
- Complete your booking while signed in. Points are credited automatically.
How to Redeem Points
Redeeming when you have enough to cover the full ticket
At checkout, if your points balance covers the full ticket price, you’ll see a “Pay by Points” option. Select yes to use your points, or no if you’d rather keep saving them.
Redeeming when you have a partial balance
If your points don’t cover the full ticket, you can still apply what you have. The remaining balance is charged to a credit card. Example: a ticket costs 377 points. Your account has 366. You can apply all 366 points and pay the 11-point difference by card.
Note: Partial point redemption is only available on the website (phone or desktop browser). The app only supports full-balance redemption. If you want to use a partial balance, do not book through the app.
2. Complete your booking! Your ticket has been fully paid by your points!
REDEEM YOUR POINTS: POINTS NOT ENOUGH
1. Selecting Your Payment Option: At the checkout page, it will ask you if you want to use a portion of your points to pay. Partial use of points for ticket purchases is currently only available through the website. When booking through the app, only the full amount of points can be redeemed.

the whole ticket need 377 points, the account only has 366 points. It is short 10 points. You can still use 366 points toward payments and pay the remaining balance by credit card.
2. Pay the remaining balance with you credit card. Complete your booking!

Using Credits:
- You can apply your credits toward your next booking.
- If you do not have enough credits to cover the cost of the entire ticket, then only a portion of the ticket will be paid by your point credits. The remaining balance must be covered by other payment methods.
